All products and services offered through UnthinkableDeal.com — including digital prediction tools, analytics dashboards, and VIP subscriptions — provide instant online access once a purchase or upgrade is completed.

Because our system delivers immediate value and downloadable digital data, all sales are final upon activation.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We understand that mistakes can happen. To ensure fairness, we allow limited refunds under the following conditions:

• The purchase occurred within 24 hours of your request, and
• You have not yet accessed or generated any VIP predictions, downloads, or data during that time.

If both conditions are met, you may request a full refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

2. Include your full name, email address, and Stripe receipt or order number
3. State your reason for the request

Refund requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe, and funds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Monthly and Yearly VIP plans renew automatically.

• You may cancel at any time from your Stripe customer portal (link provided in your purchase receipt or account page).
• Canceling prevents future renewals, but does not automatically issue refunds for active billing periods that have already started.
